The Phoenix Chorale released “Shakespeare in Song” in 2004 and became the first North American choir to release an album on Chandos Records, one of the largest independent classical record labels in the world. Since then, we have released four more albums on Chandos – three with the Kansas City Chorale and another solo recording titled “Spotless Rose.” We have earned a total of two Grammy Awards and eight Grammy Award nominations. Our newest recording is a compilation of Christmas music from the last five years of holiday concerts titled “Of A Rose.” Our next CD will be released in early 2012 and features the music of Ola Gjeilo.
