SATURDAY MARCH 25 – PHOENIX ART MUSEUM
Choir, orchestra, visual projections, bar + Bonus Performance from ASU Concert Choir conducted by Dr Jace Kaholokula Saplan (NEWSFLASH!)
As a beacon of performance excellence for choral musicians in the State of Arizona, we are thrilled to be working more closely with State universites’ incredible choral music programs, many of whose alumni stand amongst us today in the Chorale.
We are thrilled to welcome ASU’s Concert Choir, under the direction of (conducting superstar!) Dr Jace Kaholokula Saplan to create a welcoming sound-world as the audience approaches the Great Hall, and to welcome our audience with a set that reminds us to be at one, not just with nature, but with each other, before Handel gets us into the business of the anointing royalty and asking for ‘thine enemies to be your footstools’.
SUNDAY MARCH 26 – CAMELBACK BIBLE CHURCH
Your traditional Phoenix Chorale concert matinee, with orchestra!
Hear the music in our always-popular Sunday matinee, the way you are used to, while we conduct our experiential experiments at the Museum on other nights.
Our Sunday presentation of DOMINION will feature the Chorale and Orchestra only.
We know of a few of you who have already booked for BOTH (?!), and we can’t wait to hear what you think.
