LEIA ELIZABETH WASBOTTEN is thrilled to be in her fifth season with the Phoenix Chorale. She holds a B.A. from Penn State University and an M.M. in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from Arizona State University.

Leia has had the opportunity to perform all over the world including touring Europe, singing with The Rolling Stones, and performing under the direction of Ramin Djawadi in the Game of Thrones National Tour.

She has most recently been seen on stage with Arnie Roth, The Phoenix Symphony, and Solis Camerata singing in Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy. Leia has also been a featured soloist and performer in various musical venues in the Valley, including the Phoenix Bach Society, ASU’s Gospel Choir, The King’s Carolers, and The Phoenix Theatre Company.

Leia currently teaches voice and pedagogy at Mesa Community College and has a private voice studio where she specialized in teaching classical, musical theatre, and contemporary styles.
